ലോകസിനിമയില്‍ അന്തഃസംഘര്‍ഷങ്ങളുടെ കാഴ്ചാനുഭവം



ഓടിത്തീര്‍ത്ത വഴികളില്‍ എന്നും കാഴ്ചയുടെ വിസ്മയങ്ങളും ആസ്വാദനത്തിന്റെ വെല്ലുവിളികളും സമ്മാനിച്ച സിനിമ പുതുയുഗപ്പിറവിയുടെ ഒരുക്കത്തിലാണ്. 'ഫിലി' എന്ന അസംസ്കൃത വസ്തു ചരിത്രത്തിന്റെ ഭാഗമാകുന്നഈ ദശാസന്ധിയില്‍ ലോക സിനിമയില്‍ എന്ത് സംഭവിക്കുന്നുവെന്നതിന്റെ പരിഛേദമാണ് 16-ാമത് രാജ്യാന്തര ചലച്ചിത്ര മേളയിലെ ലോക സിനിമാ വിഭാഗം.
പ്രണയം, വിരഹം, വ്യക്തിസംഘര്‍ഷം, മൂല്യങ്ങളുടെ ഏറ്റുമുട്ടല്‍, പാരമ്പര്യങ്ങളെ നിഷേധിക്കല്‍, പ്രവാസം - സ്വാതന്ത്ര്യം ലോകസിനിമയുടെ തിരശ്ശീല കാഴ്ച വെയ്ക്കുന്ന വൈകാരിക മുഹൂര്‍ത്തങ്ങള്‍ ഇവയൊക്കെയാണ്.
വിംവെന്‍ഡേഴ്‌സ് (WIM WNDERS), അലക്‌സാര്‍ സുഖറോവ് (ALEKSANDER SOKURAV) ആന്ദ്രേ യാഗിന്‍സ്റ്റേവ് (ANDREI ZVYAGINTSEV), വുഡി അലന്‍ (WOODY ALLEN), മസാഹിറോ കോബയാഷി (MASAHIRO KOBAYASHI), ബാര്‍ബറ സാസ് (BARBARA SASS), ജൂലിയ മുറാത്ത് (JULIA MURATH) കാതറിന്‍ ബ്രെയിലാത്ത് (CATHERINE BREILLAT) തുടങ്ങിയ പ്രമുഖരുടെ സിനിമകള്‍ ലോകസിനിമാ വിഭാഗം സമ്പന്നമാക്കാന്‍ ഈ മേളയിലു്.
ജര്‍മ്മനിയിലെ നവ സിനിമാ പ്രസ്ഥാനത്തോടൊപ്പമുായിരുന്ന വിം വെന്‍ഡേഴ്‌സിന്റെ (WIM WNDERS)പിന (PINA) പിനബോഷ് (PINA BAUSCH) എന്ന ഡാന്‍സ് തിയേറ്റര്‍ (TANZTHEATRE) കലാകാരിയുടെ കഥ പറയുന്നു. സ്വന്തം ചിത്രം കാണുന്നതിന് മുമ്പ് അന്തരിച്ച ഈ കലാകാരിക്ക് സമര്‍പ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ ചിത്രം അപൂര്‍വ്വമായ ഒരു കാഴ്ചാനുഭവമാകും.
റഷ്യന്‍ ആര്‍ക്ക് (RUSSIAN ARK) എന്ന ഒറ്റ ഷോട്ട് ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ ലോകചലച്ചിത്ര ഭൂപടത്തില്‍ സ്വന്തം സ്ഥാനം കെത്തിയ അലക്‌സാര്‍ സുഖറോവിന്റെ (ALEKSANDER SOKURAV) 'ഫൗസ്റ്റ്' (FAUST) മറ്റൊരു കാഴ്ചാനുഭവത്തിന്റെ ആസ്വാദ്യത സമ്മാനിക്കും. തോമസ് മന്നിന്റെ 'ഫൗസ്റ്റിന്റെ' സ്വതന്ത്രാവിഷ്കാരമായ ഈ ചിത്രം വെനീസ് ഫെസ്റ്റിവലില്‍ ഗോള്‍ഡന്‍ ലയണ്‍ പുരസ്കാരം നേടി.
ദി റിട്ടേണ്‍ (THE RETURN) എന്ന ചിത്രത്തിലൂടെ ശ്രദ്ധേയനായ റഷ്യന്‍ സംവിധായകനാണ് ആന്ദ്രേ യാഗിന്‍സ്റ്റേവ് (ANDREI ZVYAGINSTSEV) പതിവ് പോലെ കുടുംബ ബന്ധങ്ങളുടെ സങ്കീര്‍ണ്ണതകള്‍ വിവരിക്കുന്ന പുതിയ ചിത്രമായ ഏലേന (ELENA) കാഴ്ചയെ അശാന്തമാക്കുന്ന അനുഭവമായിരിക്കും.
പ്രമുഖ അമേരിക്കന്‍ സംവിധായകനും നടനുമായ വുഡി അലന്റെ (WOODY ALLEN) മിഡ്‌നൈറ്റ് ഇന്‍ പാരീസ് (MIDNIGHT IN PARIS) രു സുഹൃത്തുക്കളുടെ ജീവിത വിജയം തേടിയുള്ള യാത്രയാണ്.
ജപ്പാനിലെ പ്രമുഖ സംവിധായകനായ മസാഹിറോ കോബാഷി (MASAHIRO KOBAYASHI) യുടെ ഹാരൂസ് ജേര്‍ണി (HARU'S JOURNEY) മറ്റൊരു ദൃശ്യാനുഭവം തന്നെയാകും.
